I'll have you know he served two terms! Governors back then only served two years a term..

In his second term Adkins signed into law a bill that would prevent anyone of Japanese descent from owning land in Arkansas.

Due to his forward thinking, not ONE Japanese soldier got past Arkansas during World War II.

I was reminded of the Simpsons ep that showed the first President Bush finishing his memoirs: "...and because I accomplished all my goals in my first term, there was no need to run again. The end."

I'm getting a little tired of people making fun of Tonto........he had a hard life being at The Lone Ranger's beck and call. Every time the masked man got hungry he sent Tonto to town and he would get beat up. Give him a break.........
