Help! Post Nasal Drip

Hi all.  I was wondering if anyone can help me with this?  I tend to have allergies in the summer, but for some reason, they're really kicking in now since Fall started.  For years I've had a problem with Post Nasal Drip.  It's especially a problem when I go to bed (of course). Cough attacks start happening, etc.  It's really annoying!  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to treat this very annoying problem?  Thank you!

Edited Note: By the way, I also have hypertension, so taking things like Benadryl unfortunately are not an option for me). Thanks again!

I use saline spray. It's a natural way to clear the nose, etc. I have high blood pressure, and it's the only thing I can use. It's called Ayr.
