- Very cute, Ashley. What kind of dog is she? I have an Italian Greyhound named Libby.
Mitzie is a pit-bull, boxer. She is about to be three on November 17th. Wow. I don't know too many people with a greyhound. Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. Proverbs 31:30

| Mitzie is adorable! Thanks for sharing her 'mug' with us! Teresa, I didn't know you had a Greyhound! Did you get her from a rescue? Have you posted a picture here? “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”

| Actually, Libby is an Italian Greyhound, not a regular greyhound. Italian Greyhounds stay very small. She's 11 years old and weighs about 10 pounds. It goes: Italian Greyhound, then the Whippet, and then a Greyhound in terms of size. I haven't ever posted a pic, but I will sometime when I get a chance. She's a very sweet dog, still full of lots of energy and speed. LOL!! | |

| Oh, ok! I've never seen one of those! The vet thinks our Golden mix is part Whippet actually---she certainly looks like it, her body is lean and shaped like a racedog, and the girl sure can run circles around our backyard! :haha: “Not all of us can do great things. | Pretty cats, Caroline fan! Rocky really is gorgeous, Carol! I was just at the Humane Society last night (looking for a dog for my parents), and I saw a Husky PUPPY!!! OMG, SOOOOO sweet!!! I always think of "Wolf" in Dr. Quinn. Beautiful dogs!

Thanks everyone Rocky can get a little conceited because he always gets compliments when we take him out walking LOL Yeah, Pantera, haha. Poor Panther, she's blind from one eye already. :( Here she is in their house and again in the porch (they rarely hang out there unless it's to eat, they like to be in the back porch all the time)

| Aw, poor pantera---sorry to hear she is blind in the one eye. How old is she?
Now that we're coming upon spring, I wish we had a big dog run like yours, Carol. Our dogs have the run of the entire backyard, and it practically becomes a mud-pit in spring. Every time they come in I have to wipe their paws off. With our golden mix, since she's hairy, I have to usually soak her paws and then wipe them down! Such a pain!! I'd like to section off certain areas of the backyard and plant some new seed this year.

| Yeah it's sad We made an appt. to take Panther to the vet. Panther might have CDS (Canine Cognitive Dysfunction) because she's not her usual self anymore. Dogs with CDS seem confused, wander aimlessly, they appear to forget learned tasks, they are awake during the night walking around, and don't interact with family members (walking away from being petted, greeting owners less or not at all, at the door; no longer initiating play or petting). That's Panther for you... before if we opened the door to the backyard and we came out, she would get up and greet us, like Rocky does now. Now, we open the door and she will make no movement at all, she will sit and stare at the wall or lie down. If she gets up to walk... and we grab to pet her, she will keep on walking and she LOVED to be petted. She used to be obsessed with the ball.... now I try many times to make her play and nothing... I'm tired because she's starts pacing around the house and barking at night which in turn makes Rocky howl so loud that we have to get up and tell him to be quiet. Last night wasn't so bad, but Saturday night, they woke us up at 2am, 3am, 4am... man... | |

I got a buddy from SoCal that has a dog just LIKE that one. He calls his Odin. Or maybe he's from OZ. Never can tell with those Australian ppl, but I remember everybody being worried about him when the fires hit in SoCal. Southern California was a mess then. Maybe he's from OZ and LIVES in SoCal. Can't imagine why a perfectly good OZ man would move to CA though. Dang, now I gotta go ask him.... Is a cute dog though.....
