In the market for a great deal?

I absolutely LOVE the inside. I don't know if the outside would draw me into it, though. Not even for $125,000 (and saying that I am willing to go along with what they want me to do with the house, too, in order to buy it).


I know we have something here where you can buy an old house for $1, but I am not too sure what the catch is to that. I don't really remember. I don't know if it was the opposite of that house and you HAVE to keep it in the neighborhood where it is. I could be wrong. I really am not 100% positive on why you can purchase one for $1.

Thats a little too much work for me

That is crazy! Who would buy that if you have to take the entire house apart piece by piece? Not to mention put it back together again somewhere else!
