| Oh, that's the worst, Misti! TVLand does it with LHOP, don't they?
Some networks squish the screen and start blabbing about what's coming up next while the characters are still talking! :BatHit:

| Every Sunday night, I spend a couple of hours writing letters to the children, sketching our animals into their letters, fill them in on everything that's been going on........Well, I talked to Rachel and Jeremiah, and the children are only getting some of the letters. April reads them first, and if she thinks that the letters will remind the children of having lived with us, she won't let them have them! I'm very careful not to make *any* reference to John or April in the letters - just every day stuff. But apparently, she's jealous of the memories that we have together, and those are the letters that she throws away. So.......now you know what's bugging me today. | |

So.......now you know what's bugging me today. What a terrible thing to do! April sounds like a very cold-hearted person. But you know what she's doing won't work - the children will still treasure the memories they have with you, and always love you. That's one thing she can't ever take away from them.
{{hugs}} and prayers sent your way! "It is still best to be honest and truthful; to make the most of what we have; to be happy with simple pleasures and to be cheerful and have courage when things go wrong."

Without memory, there is no life, nor building thinking about the future. All countries of the world are not really countries without their history, their past..and it's the same for the life of a person. A little children could not have their memories so cruelly stealed. I'll pray for you and for them, Savannah. Vanesa.

| Wow.........
I've been praying, and asked a couple of friends to pray, too, that the children would be allowed to get the letters. Well, Rachel told me that John let them have the letters after all! No explanation - but I don't care, so long as the children can get the letters! I just wanted to update that - Sorry to go slightly off the "What's bothering you" topic.

- Thank you, Monica! I was pretty thrilled about it, too!
OH - and to get back on topic.......I do have a "What's bothering you" post to add!
It bugs me when someone will go in the self-checkout area, or the express lane that CLEARLY says 12 items or less - and the person has a cart FULL of items!! What part of "12 Items or Less" don't they understand?? I hear ya on that Savannah!! They act like they can't count or read. LOL! Again, I am happy for you that the kids are getting their letters.
