Found You All Again!!!

Hi everyone. It's been a while since I've been here and I've missed hearing all the news. My computer had been playing u for quite some time and finally, about a month ago, it crashed completely! Luckily, my nephew works with computers and he was finally able to get us up and running again but unfortunately, in the process, I lost all my contacts, pictures, photos etc. I'm only now starting to get everything loaded back on but what trouble I had trying to find this site again! My perseverance has finally paid off and it's SO good to read all the news and see all the familiar names again! I can't tell you how much I missed you all!

I'm flying from Dublin to New York early tomorrow morning with 4 friends to take part in the New York Marathon on Sunday. My friend Janet who's also taking part has a brother who lives and works in New York City. He's very kindly vacating his appartment in Manhatten for a week to let us stay there! Could we get any luckier! We've been training hard for months now and will have a few more runs around the outskirts of the city before Sunday. Once we've recovered from the race we'll be hitting the shops to do a bit of Christmas shopping before returning home next Thursday.

Hope all goes well and we all manage to complete the race. We've managed to raise over £1,200 ($2,400) between us for charity and are looking forward to being part of another Marathon (we completed the Belfast City Marathon in May).

I'll let you know how we get on when we return and in the meantime, it's great to be part of the Prairie family again.
