Well, this if for the best for those kids. I respect Kevin's words "I'm not happy about this, there are no winners here." Of course he wants a stable mother for his kids, and he once loved Britney, well--most likely anyway.
Drugs are just so incredibly destructive. I've witnessed this first-hand with my own sister. Nothing else matter to her as much as the drugs, even her own kids. It's such an unnatural thing for a mother, (or parent), to put anything before their kids, but the idea of 'getting help' means, 'going without the drug', and they can't see themselves being able to cope without them. It's frustrating as an outsider looking in. It's so sad to think of Britney the way she used to be (same goes for my sister) and what she's done to her life. I truly hope there is no reversal in this custody thing...these kids do not belong with her, and it's their absence that is the only thing that's going to save her now.
