Hello everyone! Please pray for me! I have something wrong with my shoulder. The muscle right under my shoulder blade is in exruciating pain. *sorry I cant spell* The only time it doesnt hurt is when I am laying flat on my pack. it hurts to slump my shoulder, sit down, walk around, pick up anything, eat, the list goes on and on. I am basically immobilized! We are heading off to see my grandparents for a few days, and I am hoping the trip will be relaxing enough for the pain to go away. If not I have a doctors appointment comming up! Yikes!
Sometimes life throws you under the bus. You gotta hold on for dear life. Don't waste one single day.

Try to put something warm...like a heating pad if you have one...should help alleviate the pain. Feel better and I hope it won't ruin your trip.
