The Lost Ones Part 2

I watched the second part of this episode last night, and it was another sad, yet happy, one. right when James and Cassandra's "adoptive" father was introduced, I knew right away that I did not like him. then, when he whipped James, I was certain. I have to say that it was a smart idea, in my opinion, for the children to run away because who knows what might of happened to them if they hadn't!

I saw this pass afternoon. I agreed. It was good, they run away. I knew, Seth took the dollar money. He want James get the blame. Seth has mean look in his eyes. If, I was adopted in that family. I will run away, go lived with the Ingalls.

That men wasn't very "loving person". Glad pa took them in.

I never liked the episodes with James and Cassandra......it always seemed as if Cassandra just cried all the time

I don't like Mr.Thompkins. He was strict. I don't blames James and Cassandra for running away.

I felt they made the father an unfeeling man and the mother a wimp...what was it like with her daughter? I don't get the "God-fearing" line when he tells them they have to get up early to work and work late....didn't really fit that context.

I know they made Cassandra cry a lot but at least she had lines and kind of took the place of Carrie and Grace...they were part of the Ingall's family but not heard from often.
I wish at times, they showed Charles with them more..just taking Carrie and/or Grace somewhere, he seemed to love them, but didn't interact often, they were just there in the later episodes.

Carrie and Grace did get left out once James&Cassandra were adopted by Charles&Caroline. I think it was pointless to bring them on at the end of season 7 and stay during season 8. Carrie and Cassandra didn't seem to interact much.
