| Thanks again everyone. I'm really not letting this bother me. I feel good about it or I wouldn't have sent it. I keep telling myself to just keep drawing. I know I've learned alot already and as long as I keep working on something I get better every drawing.
I was just thinking about those I did for you Amy....I look back at those early ones and just wonder if they still look as good as I thought they did. If I can find a good one of Sully I will do that for you.
I've got one done of Nellie, just need to get it on here too. I seems life has been so busy since Nathan left for college! It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. | No she isn't....I did send her a request but it said she was FULL. SO, I might send this to her and see how FULL is FULL. ha!
Ok...I guess I spoke too soon about Emilie's parents. Her mom called me today and thanked me for the drawing. She has been traveling back and forth between CO and TX so she had gotten it but hadn't called. She is taking it to a frame shop soon to have it framed with the fabric from Emilie's dress. I asked her to send me a picture of it framed. I love seeing them framed ...they look so different. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. | SO happy you heard from her! Glad she loves it, and how neat that she's using fabric from the dress to frame/matte it! What a cool idea! - Gin wrote:

Ok, Gin, here you go! Finally!!!! This is my beautiful Somewhere in Time drawing from Gin, which sits on our tall dresser in our bedroom! It's hard to tell, but it's matted in the ivory matte that the frame came with. I'd like to replace it with a light tan or mocha color, for a bit more 'pop'. But I kind of like the subtle effect of the ivory too. Another angle... I actually am still trying to find the right frame for the drawing you sent me of my dog Chelsey. I want a more rustic look for that one and just haven't found the one that speaks to me yet. I'll keep you posted on that one!

| Thanks Amy for letting me see that. I still love how the light hits his suit. I LOVE that pitcher!! Funny how just the right accessories finish a picture. I think I like the first angle, just because thats how we saw it on film. It still draws you into it. Love the photo of you and Bill too. You do know how to do decor....come to my house please!! | How neat that they're going to use the material from the dress to use for the frame!
Love the Nellie drawing!

Thanks Gin! I'm glad you approve! The furniture is mostly antique in my bedroom, so I have vintage influences throughout in the decor. Your drawing certainly is the focal point! And LOL, thank you for the compliment on the pic of Bill & I....I really should put the picture of us on Mackinac Isalnd up there though! I never even thought of that! And LOL, I would love to come to your house!!

How funny is it that I got Mackinac right and not island?! I looked twice thinking it was Mackinac wrong and when I saw it wasn't, I assumed it was right. I didn't even see Island. Sorry Rob...
