For Susie's brother.

Susie's brother, Bubb, was involved in a tractor accident on Saturday. I'll copy and paste what she wrote:

Susie wrote:: Sat. my brother, Bubb, was injured when the tractor he was driving lost control. He was leaving my driveway too fast and the tractor went on 2 wheels then back down and then flipped upside down on, Bubb, pinning his legs under the tractor. My husband and I and our boys saw the whole thing. I called 911 while, Jim, went to help him. I couldn't go near the scene at all. I kept the boys and my dad(he arrived shortly,plus he lives across the field) away from the accident. Jim, took control of the situation. He said that my brother wasn't breathing when he got to him, so he done cpr on him and got him breathing again. When the ambulance arrived, Jim, and 8 other guys lifted the tractor off my brother----it weights 6000 pounds. Bubb, was airlifted 100 miles from us. I went to the hospital with some family members. As far as his condition...he is in critical condition. He has several broken bones in his face,broken shoulder,his lungs collapsed(I can't spell that darn word),broke his pelvis,broke the femur bone in his other leg,several small fractures in his vertebrae's(sp) his back was scraped raw, along with his arm. He had surgery on his hip, and other leg last night. We was able to see him around 2 am this morning in icu.

If it isn't one thing it's another for them lately!

Oh my gosh!! How scary and horrible! That would have been an awful thing to witness. You just feel so helpless. If you talk to Susie, let her know that her brother will be in my prayers.

Hi guys! I just got an update from Susie. She said that her brother, Bubb, is doing much, much better. He had to have a temporary tracheotomy, and that is going to be reversed soon. He's still in physical therapy, and probably will be for quite a while. But from the sounds of it, he's going to fully recover!

I want to thank everyone for all you kind words and thoughts and prayers. Bubb, is making a slow, but full recovery.

He doesn't always answer in the way that we want, but in a way He thinks is best for each of us.
