| Alice, did you watch the premiere of Lost? I'd forgotten we were talking about it here! We thought it was amazing!! The series 're-cap' was so well done too---I didn't think it was possible to do that in one hour, but they did a pretty good job! I don't think this final season will disappoint! Also, I had stated in my first post in this thread that I didn't like Modern Family. Well, we flipped over to it during the Superbowl half-time, and I'll tell you what: Drop...dead....funny! Really GOOD writing in that show...I can see why it's becoming a hit. “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”

| You know, to someone with poor eyesight in a dimly lit room, Sofia could almost pass for attractive. | |

| LOL, my hubby came into the room when I was watching the show and was like, "Holy Moses!" She is definitely gorgeous! And I agree with you Carol, she can act! Did you see that episode? The part where her kid is fencing against the 'special needs' girl? Oh my gosh, it was hysterical! I'm LOL just thinking about it! She has some good facial expressions and is actually naturally funny! She makes an, ahem, interesting couple with the guy from Married with Children though! “Not all of us can do great things. | I saw the ads for that show, Misti, but didn't see it. Modern Family is on tonight, right? I think I'll watch it. Not because of Sofia. It just sounds really funny, from what you guys have said. Oops, I'll have to tape it. That and Idol both start at 9. | |

| Oh, it's on tonight?! I didn't know that! I had watched it on Sunday, so just figured it was a Sunday night show. Glad you posted this Rob! I'll have to tape it too. Enjoy Sofia the show! “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”

Yes, I watched Undercover Boss. I really liked it.

I liked it! It was very subtle and low-key, and I like that in a comedy. It doesn't slam you over the head with jokes. Sometimes when humor unfolds slowly like that, it gives you a chance to kind of make up your own comic possibilities in your mind, and that makes it even funnier.

| Very well-put Rob....I completely agree. I'm so glad you liked it! I don't like 'talking something up' and then having it fall flat for someone else. Since I have I gotten to know your humor, I guessed you would like this. I recorded this episode, but have yet to watch it. “Not all of us can do great things. | Amy, my neighbors cousin writes for "Lost". He is a weird dude, but good writer. I want another show like LH or Dr. Quinn. I wonder if we will ever see such type shows again. ???? I'm tired of the reality stuff and I've seen enough NCIS to last a lifetime! I'm just stuck in pioneer times I guess. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. Not a lack of churches or religious forms but of the real thing in our hearts. LIW.....Words From a Fearless Heart | |

| I know what you mean Gin....there will never be another DQ or LH though! Thank God for dvds! I'd love to see another pioneer series at least given a try though...not sure if people will go for it anymore.
Cool about your neighbor's cousin! I have a feeling most of Lost's writers are a little on the 'weird' side, LOL! Brilliant though!! “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”

| Alice & Lori, are you two still watching Lost? Did you see tonight's episode????? They showed a Little House on the Prairie clip!! I just about keeled over, it was from out of the blue!! It was set up as Sawyer sitting in his living room, during his 'alternate reality', and he was watching TV. The next thing you know, there's Laura sitting in her Sunday best, talking to Pa. I think it was from the episode "Remember Me", and they were talking about death and how people aren't really gone from us when they die and one day we'll see them again. I'm pretty sure this is the scene where Julia Sanderson wanted the picnic after church, because you could hear all the voices in the background of everyone playing while Pa & Laura were talking seriously. I certainly wasn't prepared to see Little House during Lost, LOL!! I have to wonder if any of the LH cast watches Lost, and how shocking that would have been! It's not like it was just an instant either---it went on an on!! I can't believe there are only 8 more episodes until all is revealed!! I think this has been an awesome season so far! “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”

| Yes, I couldn't believe it when Sawyer was watching Little House. Also shocking that he's a cop. This season is definitely going way too fast. I don't want it to end, but on the other hand it will be interesting to see how they wrap up the series. They keep saying all your questions will be answered, but so far very few have and I have a few new ones. | |

| I know Lori! They're even introducing new characters! I'm still confused! LOL! I don't want it to end either....I am going to miss this show. But I am ready for the reveal at the same time. It should be very interesting to see how they wrap things up. Hopefully it won't leave us disappointed! “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”

| Yeah, I'm really going to miss it. I loved the Richard episode. I'm glad Desmond is back. One thing I'm curious about is why the their lives are so different in the flash sideways--why what happened before the flight didn't necessarily happen in the flash sideways. Like Jin and Sun not being married. Oh, well, like you said, only 4 more episode until all is revealed. I need to see if I can get the seasons from the library. I want to watch the whole series again. Oh, and I miss the enhanced episode before the new episodes. Darn that Dancing with the Stars. | |
