Apart from Laura's and Mary's weddings, I have only heard of Mr. Edwards and Widow Snyper.

As I have said in another post, I'm watching the series DVD for the first time since I was a child, so I'm yet in season 1.

He was introduced in the episode "Here Come the Brides" and marries Miss Beadle. He wasn't on the show very often, though.

Rev. Alden's wife's name was Anna, I believe.

Yes, in the episode, "Here Comes The Brides" Adam and his son, Luke Simms move to Walnut Grove. Adam is a pig farmer.

Nellie and Luke fall in love while at the same time, Adam and Miss Beadle are growing closer. Nellie and Luke run off to get married with Mr. and Mrs. Olsen, Miss Beadle and Adam Simms in pursuit.

Nellie and Luke do get married but it is a brief union. At the end of the episode, Adam and Miss Beadle decide to wed.

In a later episode, they have a child, a son, together.

I absolutely loved that ep., Savannah! The road to track down Nellie and Luke was absolutely hilarious! I loved that line, too.
