| I was watching a "flashback" episode today where Albert is little Charles and Charles sister is "Mrs. Garvey" (really confused my daughter) She said, I know Kyle Richard's (Alicia) played Samantha Harper also in an episode, Corinne Camacho was in My Ellen and played Mrs. Harper In To Dream a Dream, she noticed the young man in Centennial was in a similar show yesterday, the list does go on.
Do you think LHOP did this more than other shows at the time? Did Bonanza or other similar shows re-use people as often? I think it's nce for the actors, but confusing when you watch it weekly instead of yearly. : )

| There's another post somewhere about this. I wonder how many actors were recycled over the years. | |

| Yeah,I;ve noticed how they re-used the same actors over gain for different characters “Tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it... Yet.” ― L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables | |

| Here's a good example of "re-using" actors for characters. Done many times on Little House and on Bonanza. Nothing unusual about it. Scroll through the The Little House Extra Sticky, there are just under 300 actors in there and a ton of them had multiple roles. – The Legacy(1982)… Uriah Cooper – Darkness Is My Friend(1980)… Head Guard – The Odyssey(1979)… Zacc McCabe (as J.S. 'Joe' Young) - Bless All The Dear Children (1984) Beggar | |

| I know I see bit players on Law and Order from years ago, now lawyers on the show or a "sister show" but not as often as with these type of shows . I think Michael did it close together at times which made it noticeable, but I admit more if you watch it in reruns than weekly. "Uncle Jed" was a great actor and he could pull it off, seeing Alicia as Mr.Harper's daughter seemed odd.
The casting was great though, they did a great job, even if many didn't get a chance to audition. : )

| And don't forget Leslie Landon! She played a dishwasher in A Wiser Heart, Marge in The Third Miracle, Kate in The Election, and a plague victim in The Plague. Then of course she went on to play Etta Plum. | |
