| Beheading is a quick death, though. The severe injuries would leave them in horrible pain, and they'd eventually die anyway.....but it might take days or weeks of agony. By beheading them, they thought they'd spare them the pain. | |

Why would they behead the fighters due to their horrific injuries? But isn't beheading is horrific already?
