Oh I LOOOOOOOVED IT!!!!!
What a great movie. I believe I will be buying this one! It cost me $6.63 to see it. As I said, I got the movie from Redbox and loaded the bluray disk on the player and then.... NADA... It kept getting stuck on a message about maybe my device needing an update. Ugh
I went online to see if other people were having the same problem and sure enough they were. I could not update my player last night with the latest update so I had to get it from Amazon's video on Demand.
In the end though... i twas worth paying for it. It's a great movie! I can't believe how they created this character without knowing Savannah though! I mean, she draws/paints, she bakes, she does crafts and has Savannah's similar personality... and that's not even mentioning the pan! LOL
And....
Spoiler:
And did you notice Savannah? Her REAL hair color was brown!
Great movie!

The kids saw it over spring break and loved it. Kara thinks we should buy this one.

I did get quite a laugh out of how much of a role the pan played in the movie.

Alex!
I will say that I'm very flattered that some people have found that Rapunzel reminds them of me. I've had a couple of little ones tell me that, too. So sweet!!

I agree with Kara. (And I'd agree even if Carol hadn't dubbed it "my movie". ) It really is a wonderful movie. When I was at Walmart the other day, they were showing Tangled on their TVs, and a man walking by said to his friend, "You know, I bought that movie just for my kids, but I really liked it. I sat and watched the whole thing with them." It's one that the whole family can enjoy together.

Carol, did you see it performed on the Oscars? I just love Zachary Levi, from "Chuck"---he played Eugene AND sang the songs. He said in an interview that he adores everything Disney and really wanted to land this part. I'm so glad he did---he was perfect! Love Mandy in it too! (Although, I'm sure Savannah would have done JUST as well ).
I also came upon this video of this guy with an amazing voice range singing the song. Check it out

Savannah!!!!! Again... you keep us in the dark and have not told us that you you are working on another Tangled movie!
The news is that there’s a new short film coming out! “Tangled Ever After” is a story about the Kingdom as everyone prepares for Flynn and Rapunzel’s royal wedding.
You can see the fun before the 3D version of Beauty and the Beast, which comes out January 13th.

I remember seeing that picture on Facebook! I think she's probably the cutest little Rapunzel I've ever seen! (I love it that she even has The Pan! )
