Thanks for posting that video Savannah.......That is great what they are doing....keeping Laura alive through a camp teaching kids what she went through......I don't know if they have anything like that here in Mansfield, but because it is the last place Laura actually lived, they do plenty of things to honor her....

I did, my mom, my aunts all used it before. I remember in a village in El Salvador, the women going to the river to wash the clothes in the rocks.
My... how far we've come lol and thank goodness! Hands can't take so much washing.

Oh, don't you know it Carol....they had to have red sore hands......I mean, lye soap was NOT gentle on their hands.....

I will love to go there. I love history museums. My nieces will love going there. 14 hours 50 minutes just get there by car. from where I lived (That's not including stops & rest.) What am I talking about? Like, We're going leave today, probably get their sometime tomorrow. But, will be something different to go on vacation. We just need a camper, so wee can rest, eat, (me being online) & used the restroom. My older sister got camper. I'm sure, all of us will fit in their camper. I can dream. Or this can be my honeymoon. (Here I go again.) Don't even have a boyfriend, Already planning on my honeymoon.

I don't think there's a woman on here who hasn't planned her wedding/honeymoon before even having the boyfriend. But word of advice, Buttercup....don't mention your 'honeymoon' idea to any prospective hubbies in the future....might scare them RIGHT out the door!

I should have planned it for my honeymoon I guess. Although, if I had I might not still be married. lol
With Clay or not though...I'm going someday. He knows I want to do some horseback riding, so he might not want to tag along.

LOL Gin! Same here! Well, after 21 years, Bill has agreed to go, (we have friends who go as a couple, and as long has he has him to chat with, he'll go ), but honestly I think a LH 'girl trip' would be much more fun.
