Thanks everyone. You have some powerful prayers. I went for my ultrasound this morning. I have a cyst on each ovary, but the tech thought they both looked like cysts that can come and go on their own, so I feel a bit better. I wish they had found nothing there, but at least a good portion of the anxiety is gone.

In a couple of days I will call the doctor and schedule a follow up. I still haven't heard back about the bloodwork from a couple of weeks ago, but I'm sure the storm had something to do with that. I'm guessing if it was anything serious they would have called.

Thanks again. I appreciate everyone praying for me. It means a lot.

HMMMM roadblocks on each ovary. SO, thats what has held up ....FLO.
So will bloodwork determine if they really are the ones that come and go? I dont know this stuff...

I'm really glad you paid attention and went right in. Let us know more soon.

Yowch! I get one at a time and have a lot of trouble. I can't imagine having 2 at once. My cysts disappear too but always come back. I'm praying that yours stay away.

The bloodwork was to check my thyroid, so I don't think it will matter one way or the other for the cysts. Now the doctor gets to decide if he's going to give me medicine to get my period started. He also might opt to wait it out a bit before interferring.

I'm relieved all seems to be O.K but for the cyst. However, they are not bad and you could easily be rid of them.

Hello all,

I would like to request prayer for my health issues again. I've spent the past couple of weeks sick and I can't seem to kick this thing I have. Right before Thanksgiving I came down with a sore throat and a cold. That quickly morphed into a major sinus and ear infection.

After two full rounds of different antibiotics--which messed up my digestive system--I still can't hear anything out of my right ear and I've lost my sense of smell. This has never happened before and it's very freaky. I can't even smell Vicks Vapor Rub when the jar is right under my nose--even though I can breathe through my nose on the left side.

I went back to the doctor today. I'm now on steroids and another antibiotic. To top it all off, the first antibiotic caused a yeast infection, so I'm coping with that too.

My poor house is only half decorated and I've barely been able to shop because I've spent so much time in bed. I could really use a prayer or two.

Thanks Savannah. I do, but I wasn't taking them regularly. Part of it is I've really let myself get run down this year. I knew I was burning the candle at both ends for a while and it would catch up with me.

I've stopped drinking soda, added more fruits and vegetables into my diet and started drinking orange juice in the morning. I have to take Vitamins B and D every day because of bone loss concerns with me taking Advair to control my asthma.

I know I could use the extra rest, so maybe part of it is my body forcing me to slow down.

Saying prayers Cheryl.....and I'm only going to say this one time....

I let myself get run down taking care of my family, the house and the job and before I knew it....well, you know the rest of the story.....

Prayers goes to you, my dear! Hope you could recover quite quickly. And try to folow Rhonda's advice. She saids what she is talking about.

Thanks ladies. I haven't had much choice in listening to my body this time. I haven't had the energy to do much except sit in bed.
