| What a bad new to begin the 2012! Today, my mother had a call from her best friend and she told her that her grand-daughter is in the hospital with a meningitis. This illness is awful and the poor little one could be close to death...She is three years old and her name is Sofia. Please, pray for her. Here she is: .  Vanesa. | |

| The granny saids that she seems to be much better, without fever and very happy. She is in a hospital, but she already plays in her bed and wants to be back in her house again. Doctors made her take antibiotics and put a regulatory control for her cerebrospinal liquid, who makes her improve , little by little. However, she must keep in the hospital at least for five days, because she is under observation. Thanks for your prayers!  Vanesa. | |

| So glad to hear she is home and doing so much better. I've seen this sickness take so much from a child, I pray she has no complications. | Sofia is doing better and better every day , thanks God!  Doctors said that the littler a patient is, the better they'll be improving. If meningitis hits you when you are older it could leave you deaf, or blind or even kill you. One of my neighbor died this way when I was little and she was 30...her parents never recovered and mourned her the rest of their lives. Vanesa. | |
