| Does anybody find the scenes that she is in are...awkward? I find it difficult to understand what she says. Wasn't there an entire episode centered around her? She was out in the woods with an imaginary friend or something? | |

| I may be wrong but I think some of it might have been the twins really couldn't act. "Willie, were you or were you not looking at the corsett ads in the catalogue?" - Nels | |

I don't think they were natural actresses like MG and MSA, but if they were given the proper training that might have helped.

| Yeah, there was never much depth to the Carrie character. By the time she left the series at the end of season 8, she was older than Laura was when the show started, yet the only things we really know about Carrie are she likes to milk the cow, she likes sugar on her berries, and she goes to the outhouse a lot (except for those unfortunate incidents in Winoka when she couldn't make it to the water closet in time). | |

| I'm probably one of few that liked the character, Carrie. I thought she was adorable and wished they would have included her more. Sadly, it seems she was just more of a "prop", just there as the cute little sister, but not there to have an active role. The Greenbush twins never had a chance to have the experience to improve the character, in my opinion. | |

Oh, I thought they were cute as Baby Carrie, too, but I agree with you, especially in the later seasons she did seem sort of like a "prop."

| I think the older Carrie did fine. She didn't have many parts but she did what was expected of her character. The real life Carrie was a newpaper woman. She ran her own newspaper and owned her own land. Nothing timid about her at all. It is the lack of Christianity that has brought us where we are. Not a lack of churches or religious forms but of the real thing in our hearts. LIW.....Words From a Fearless Heart | |
