Very cool, Julia. Are you taking lessons or just learning on your own?

I am taking lessons from my Mother who is an exceptional guitar playing and has been playing nearly all her life. She wrote songs even and in fact she had a chance to make a record but declined on the fact that the guy wanted to change some of the words. She is a great teacher.

I replied on this earlier and now it is gone....Anyways. was going to say that my oldest and youngest play guitars....Oldest started out with an electric and they both have acoustic. They are both self taught, but my youngest learned a lot by going to youtube and pulling up tutorials....In fact, the youngest wrote a song and sent it to me the other day....made me cry to hear him play and sing it....

My Mother taught herself as well. Never took one single lesson. Piano she took for eight years. My Aunt is the true pianist in the family. Oh wow! I eventually want to upload songs when I learn to my youtube.
