Saw Bruce Springsteen last night

As some of you may already know from my facebook posts I saw "The Boss" last night. He is so darn fine for a man of 63. He looks amazing! He can really rock a guitar and still got the moves. He is very flexible, lol. It was a really fun concert. His drummer Max Weinberg is awesome too! He was crisscrossing his arms while playing the drums. Bruce is pretty wild. He walked through the people standing by the stage on a platform and body surfed on the crowd, lol. He takes a huge risk by doing that! He also danced with a few young girls, and picked the up. He even had one on his shoulders. It was so cute! He did a little picture tribute to Clarance Clemons his sax player that recently died. Didn't know much about him, but that made me cry a little. His nephew Jake Clemons plays sax for him now. He was good and got a great reception from the crowd.
I had been wanting to see Bruce for years, but never tried to get tickets thinking they were to expensive or sell out right away. I really lucked out. I got good seats the the most expensive tickets were only 98 dollars. I thought they would be like 500 dollars. I got really mad when two people on facebook said he is overrated and crap and that they hate him and he is arrogant. If you don't know him don't judge him. The guy that said that is an arrogant jerk in my opinion, lol. If you don't like him that's fine, but that was unnecessary.

I wish I had seen him years ago, but the tickets were always so high. I'm glad they are a bit lower now. Same with Simon and Garfunkel, they had an "Old Friends" tour a few years ago and although I have the DVD, would have liked to see them.

I heard a fan say he wont listen to Bruce anymore because of politics, I think the two should be separate. I like a lot of his older music, who he votes for doesn't bother me.

I don't care what his views are. If I like an entertainer, I may not like or agree with what they believe, but that's not going to stop me from being a fan. Only if they did something personally to me and that will not happen likely.

I got his book today, more for my daughter, but I'm looking at it first. : ) Great pics of him as a baby on up to now. With almost 500 pages, it will be a long read.
