How much is gas in your area?

Pretty soon we might have to apply for a loan to get gas here :cool2:

I'll say it again........HOLY BALLS OF FIRE, Carol!!!!!!!! Gas here is $3.89. It hit the $4.09 mark once a couple of weeks ago, but hasn't gone over $4.00 since. I can't believe it's almost at $5.00 in your area.

It's as low as $3.93 here! Good grief...pretty sad when you think anything under 4 bucks these days is a deal. :think:

It's been holding at $3.99 here for about three weeks. In Seguin (30 miles down the road) you can get it for $3.86 and w/the Wal-Mart gift card, $3.83. I expect (in town here) for it to finally roll over past $4.00 soon. I'm surprised it hasn't already.

Are you gonna try and sell it, Rhonda? I know in these times, that would be hard to do...In town I usually put in $10 worth, which gives me a whopping two gallons, and buy any major gas (if you call $20 major!) in Seguin. Any little bit I can do gets me a little bit further. It is just so irritating!!!!

Yes, I am trying to sell it.......I don't need it now that the boys are grown and not doing the sports thing anymore, and they all have their own transportation. I am sure Texas is the same as Arkansas when it comes to trucks and suv's.........farm country and everyone's gotta have one.....I hope it sells fast and easy!!! :think:

Well let's see. I kept the gas record on our trip from WI to MO and KS. The cheapest gas was $3.61 in Nixa, MO and the highest was $3.99 in Litchfield, IL. The average was 3.90 or so.
