The Henry Ford Museum is doing the Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition. Until Sept. 30th. I rather see the exhibit. Than the movie.

Here's James Cameron with a computer generated version of what probably happened to the Titanic.

I wonder if the people could hear it hit the bottom. Probably too far down. But wow, what a drop!
I'm going to see the movie Saturday night!

That is so freaky, Gin! I can't imagine being in one of the rooms that might not have been flooded at the time, feeling the ship free fall & then hit the bottom of the ocean & then that's it. Being entombed alive and just waiting to die because there is absolutely no hope! Talk about claustrophobic!

It's about 2 1/2 miles down, so the pressure probably killed them long before they hit bottom.

I didn't get to go because my friend's daughter got sick so we postponed it to another time. I think Gin was sick as well... she probably didn't go either.

Actually, I want to go on the 15th. Yes, I'm morbid that way. But for all I know they're sold out for that date already. Checking into this is on my list of things to do tomorrow.

I knew Titanic was real, since I was 6 or 7 years old. The Detroit Science Center did documentary about Titanic. But, when I got older. I understood more about the real Titanic. I think, it was in our history book. What are they teaching kids these days?
