| Love this episode. I like the guy that played Olga's father, the way he said Charles' name "Ing-galls!" Yes, fighting Charles was a little too much, but I liked the way he admitted that he was a fool at the end. | |

| This episode is very touching to me. That Nellie is so mean wanting to go wading just so Olga won't be able to be one of the "normal" kids. The fight seems a bit much to me, too, but I think Olga's dad probably thought he was doing right. I think he may be bitter over the death of Olga's mother too, and maybe that affected his judgment in things. | |

| I was glad, Charles Ingalls made that special shoe for Olga. So funny, when Nellie falls in the creek. Then, the girls comes back from the creek. Mr. & Mrs. Ingalls trying not to laugh, in front of Nellie. | |

| I love the fact that someone with a leg shorter that the other. I have one shorter than the other due to my dissabilty and never did like to run around much at recess. Charles making the special shoe for Olga was awsome. This episode seemed ahead of it's time by dealing w/ somebody with a dissability! It was also nice to see a Nellie plot from the book like Counry girls. | |

| My right leg is shorter after my car accident in '93. my right hip never grew the same length as my left leg. So, I have lift on my right shoe. So, I like the scene when Charles made the shoe lift for Olga.

I was born with a shorter right leg and arm. I think the lift shoe is the early version of orthotdics.

| I loved this show but I thought they made the Dad a bit too stupid..he wanted to protect his daughter but didn't want her to at least try something to help her? Maybe he wanted her home all the time to be safe. The fist fight was a bit much, but I loved the party and funny lines. She was one of the characters I wish would at least have been mentioned again...I noticed although Mr. Landon didn't stick to the books (not enough material) he didn't mention characters that weren't there again. Johnny Johnson, Mary's first friends...are brought up, but Abel, Gideon, Olga, etc. aren't. | |

| I love this episode. I watched it tonight. Olga's father was a bit too protective. Charles did a good deed making an elevated shoe for Olga. I think Nellie suggested wading in the creek on purpose because she knew Olga couldn't go wading. | |

Sure she did! Did you notice the way nellie watched Olga's special shoe? She perfectly noticed the fact that this very show made Olga walk normally... Vanesa.

I'm guessing they were really crayfish, or "crawfish," as some people say. They're like little freshwater lobsters. Just about every lake and pond has them.

I wouldn't want my toes get pinch by crawfish.

| Coincidentally, this was the episode shown today on True Entertainment - I really enjoyed it, felt bad for Olga.
Nellie was such a cow. | |

| After Laura touch the doll's dress. It was Nellie who made a snag on her doll's dress. She snatch the doll away. She's rough on her doll.
When did Laura sprain her ankle? I saw Nellie pushing her. But, when they went outside. You see Laura limping.
