The lady that they catch shop-lifting at Weaver's department store played the wife of the man that planned on buying the Ingalls property. (The old man, that also played the gold prospector)

Ketty Lester is in season six, episode two "The Stray." It's the same episode that Solomon is in. (I only know this because I watched the episode last night.)

I'm not a fan of the Waltons... I find the plots to be a bit dull, but I enjoy watching the episodes once just to see LHotP and other actors from that era in the episodes.

Amy Godsey from The Waltons is the girl in Little Woman.

Had I not known that Victor French was in a Waltons episode I may not have recognized him. He looked *so* different without his beard!

easyt72000 mentioned a couple more Little House/Andy Griffith Show connections in another thread. Hope Summers (Clara) and Hal Smith (Otis) both appeared on Little House. Good catch!

And Parley Baer (Mayor Stoner on the Andy Griffith Show) also appeared on Little House in at least one episode: Sweet Sixteen.

i noticed one of the women on the show played tims mother on home improvement. show..

Yes, the woman that played Grace was also the mother of Schwarzenegger and DeVito in "Twins." I really like her...

I was watching the episode where a bitter young man (Tod) came to stay with his grandparents. "Angry Love?" might be the name. Did the actor that played the grandfather (Brewster) also play Luke Jenson in The Andy Griffith show? He was the guy that was stealing cows and Mayor Stoner (S-T-O-N-E-R) had to hire an interloper to catch the thief.

Richard Bull played Bill Lindsay in "Goober Makes History" and Mr. Jackson in "Opie's Piano Lesson."
