Hey Everyone,

Please be in prayer for us. By tomorrow & into Monday we are expecting a winter storm with snow up to 6 inches & maybe ice. Now us Georgians are rather spoiled & not used to this kind of weather, but I have been thru an ice storm before & I don't fancy going thru anything like that or close to it again! Ahahaha! So pray the power stays on & that nothing really will happen. Thank you so much!

I noticed on the news a lit of the southern states are in the path of a winter storm. Ice storms are the worst. Very dangerous. I'll be praying. Stay safe!

Thank you all for your prayers. So far all we have had in the area that we live is sleet & snow did fall, but didn't stick. But is surely is FREEZING cold! Tomorrow is the official day of the storm, so we aren't out of the woods yet though.

In my part of North Carolina,we will have mostly snow today and tonight. I would rather have snow than ice. We had a white Christmas,which was very beautiful. I pray all goes well with you in Georgia. I remember we had an ice storm some years ago that knocked out our power for two days. Thank the Lord we had our gas logs keeping us warm.

We have snow right now and expecting more, supposed to be 0º before the week is out.....I don't mind the snow, but the ice is not my friend....not a close friend of my truck either.....as you will recall....I spun out on the interstate a year ago and wrecked my truck and messed up my neck and back.....Nope, I don't like ice....unless it is in water or tea....thank you..... Wink

Thank you all for your prayers. Our power stayed on. The lights were flickering at one time, but glory be to God they stayed on! Now, just pray the ice melts so I can go to church tomorrow evening! AHAHAHA! (:
And Miss Rhonda.....that is AWFUL! I don't blame you. I don't like ice either unless it is in a nice glass of cool water!
