Survivor Redemption Island!

I loved Tribal Council tonight! This is going to be a great season. Boston Rob has always been my favorite "Survivor" of all-time. I got a kick out of Francesca. Christina should have gone home. Yes, Phillip is a head-case. My husband was like, "What? This guy was a Special Agent for OUR country???????" LOL!

Did you notice when they show is name and occupation there is a question mark after Federal Agent? lol I think that's pretty funny.

I was watching it in the bedroom & Shiloh in here & when Phillip said Christina had the hidden immunity idol Shi & I both groaned at the same time. Phillip sure liked to announce to everyone that he was a former agent, didn't he? And did you see Russ's eyes on that one tribe made when they were all sent to find their camps? Kinda makes me wonder if he will get "snuggly" with her like he did that one former tribe mate a couple seasons back.

I didn't notice the question mark, Beckie. LOL! I'll have to look next week and see if it's still there.

I responded to this earlier but my internet connection went down. No time now. Let me just say, I LOVED it! Definitely the best 'premiere' episode ever---I couldn't believe that tribal!

And, ugh....I liked Francesa/Fransequa, LOL! I hope she can make it back into the game.

I still dislike Russell. I used to dislike Rob too but he has finally grown on me after all the time he has been on Survivor and The Amazing Race. I hope he doesn't get voted off too soon but Russell can go ANYTIME!! The sooner the better.

I can't believe Christina told him about the idol... well... that's what she gets for telling him...

I don't know who Boston Rob is but I like him better than the other guy who looks like a trouble boy lol Although if I were in the tribe, I'm not sure I'd like to have someone more experienced than me playing since he already knows all the moves. When Rob was talking with the group of people, to me it looked like there were a bunch of puppets and Rob was the puppet master. That's why I liked Christina and Francesca's alliance... but the federal agent had to be stuck with them and that was NOT going to work out.

If I were Christina, I would have given the idol to Rob. I think it would have bought her a little more time. She didn't play very smart and might be going soon...

I hope Francesa makes it back from Redemption Island, I like her.

I really like the whole Redemption Island twist... But keep in mind if Russell get's voted off the the rest of the castoffs will have a hard time bumping him off the Island. I wonder at what point in the game does the survivor of Redemption Island come back to join the rest?

As far as Boston Rob - I don't think he's the same person anymore. To me he's not the "Evil" Rob, he's more the "Hero" Rob. I think maybe that's why some of you ladies are softening up to him.

As far as Boston Rob - I don't think he's the same person anymore. To me he's not the "Evil" Rob, he's more the "Hero" Rob. I think maybe that's why some of you ladies are softening up to him.

Nope, not me or Teresa (at least I can speak for Teresa here )....we liked him back when he was "Conniving Boston Rob"...he had me charmed quite easily even back then. But yeah, he would definitely be 'more likable' now to those who have not liked him in the past, I agree Lorrie.

Move over Teresa, you have to share him with my mom and I! Good thing all our hubbies are cool with this. But yeah, my dad and hubby pretty much groan when he comes on screen and my mom and I start swooning. LOL!

I'm kind of shocked that I'm as hooked as I am and we're only into the second epsidode! This is REALLY good this season---already!

And, I have a new fave! (ahem, aside from Rob ).....love the farmer guy!! Way to go, standing up to Russell! That was awesome.

Okay, enough with the pink, short undies, Phillip. He is sooooooooooooo strange!!!!!!!!! The things he says. He's a bit of a freak. It's entertaining, though. My husband wants them to keep him a little longer for that reason. I thought it was funny when Rob said that Phillip might be able to come back into the "rotation."

He's only 3 years younger than me, so..................I'm not a cougar. And either are you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But your mom.........that's another story. Ha!

This is my first time meeting this "Boston Rob" character so I am not crazy about him as Amy & Teresa BUT... I do like him way better than the other veteran player.

I love the farmer guy! So glad he found the immunity idol... while the other crazy dude is out looking for it

In regards to Phillip... I liked when Rob said, "Let this be a lesson to you all... government jobs... stressful!" lol

Doesn't Ralph kind of remind anyone of Larry the cable guy? lol I think it's hilarious that he found the idol and Russell thinks it's still out there. He also thinks Ralph is stupid, but he is the stupid one. Poor Matt and his showmance Andrea where totally shocked. Let's see what revenge she tries to get on them next week.

Great episode tonight! But I have a bad feeling old Russ is gonna be the one that makes it to the end of Redemption Island and come back. They were dumb the throw the challenge and get rid of him. They would have been better to vote him out when RI is no longer in play.
