We had just enough snow to cover the ground, then the rain came and washed it all away. At least I didn't have to shovel!

We got at least a foot of the fluffy white stuff yesterday. Our kids got out of school early, but the plows did a great job with clean up, so they were back normal time today.
Unfortunately, we are due to get another major snow storm tomorrow night with additional accumulation plus sleet and/or freezing rain. Now, that stuff I can do without.
Right now it looks beautiful out there. And with any luck, the temperatures will stay low and we'll have a white Christmas this year.

Noooooo! I just found out that all the beautiful snow we have gotten is going to melt and it's going to be warm with no snow at least till the Sat. before Christmas! Nooooo!! Looks like we'll have ANOTHER un-white Christmas for the 3rd year in a row.

White Christmas must be very poetic...I've never seen one in all my life, for we are in summer here.
However, my grandpa who is in South Argentina in this moment of the year, had some, for there, it is possible to snow in the middle of summertime. I'm jealous of him.

We are expecting a huge snowstorm over the next 24 hours. The forecaters are calling it the largest single day storm in over 60 years. Yikes!! It is supposed to be very windy too and that might knock the power out. Might not have church tomorrow, boooo!!

My cousin went to Disneyland a few days ago and was talking about the show they do for the Castle. She said it was so awesome... I'll be going there in a couple of days :sillySmiley:
