A few drawings...

Me again. I have a couple more drawings to share if you don't mind. The first one I actually did late last year, and forgot to post it here.



The second one is done from a photo that was taken with my iTouch, so it wasn't the greatest for detail - but it's a very special photo to me. It was taken the night of my Mom's surgery. We were all at the Frederick Meijer Heart Center, and it was about 5:00 in the morning...Oliveah was determined to stay awake until Grandma's surgery was over, but by five in the morning, sleep finally overtook her, and she drifted into an exhausted sleep, hugging the love note that she'd been writing to her grandma.



We still have the little note she'd written that night. Ever know someone who was a blessing just because you get to have them in your life? She's one of those people for me.

LOVE THEM!!! And too sweet of a picture of an exhausted child concerned about someone they love.....

Ohh, Savannah, I've seen Oliveah as a work in progress, but the finished product is a masterpiece. Just beautiful!

The first one is my Dad! It was Savannah's Christmas gift to my Mom and me. It's from a photo taken when he was in his 20s. Thanks again!

Thank you all so much! Each of the drawings that I've done are special to me for some reason or another, but The Vigil (the drawing of Oliveah) holds a very special place in my heart.
