am i wrong?

so, my boyfriend has been living in europe for the last six months...he finally moved back to the States yesterday...
...his plane landed in New York yesterday at noon; I live in California and he lives on the East Coast when he is not in school in CA

I didn't hear anything from him yesterday...and I didn't hear anything from him today (no phone call or e-mail)...so i start to get worried, because i don't know if he is safe or if the flight went well...

so i call him tonight...he answers and says that he is out taking in some of the culture of NYC....

Now, I am angry, because he has been home for a day and a half and didn't call me to let me know that he was safe after a 10 hour trans-atlantic flight...and when i do reach him..he is out having fun, while i am sitting at home, worrying about him...

am i wrong to be angry???

No your not, I would be to. If I was single and my boyfirend did thta to me I'd be furious. Ranting

I'd be angry, but I wouldnt say anything.

Just don't contact him at all.

If he doesnt call, move on.

Not trying to be mean but from what you are telling me, it seems like you might want to find out if your boyfriend/girlfriend relationship is still the same. Sounds to me like he might have changed his feelings if he didn't feel it was necessary to call you...just my thoughts...

I would be really mad and would worry he has someone else or something. Sorry to worry you, but that just doesn't seem right. My ex did that to me all the time when he was in the military.

Yeah I would be really upset too. I mean, you haven't seen them in soooo long you'd expect a phone call at least!

I would be mad too, I would have been happy with even a text saying I am home and I call you in a couple of days, but that is just me.

I get mad at mine if he doesn't answer the phone when I call him after work, or if he doesn't call me. LOL, it is definitely nice to hear from someone after a long day just to know that they are all right, if nothing else. I don't think you're wrong at all for feeling that way - it definitely wasn't fair.
