| I may have a chance to see Rachel today! Maybe. I'll let you know tonight if I do. I asked if I could just talk to the little ones, but April wouldn't let them talk to me. | |

| Oh Savannah I'm so sorry! What kind of people would do this to such young children? I'll keep you in my thoughts and I hope everything works out for you. | |

| All of you are in my continued thoughts and prayers, Savannah.
If it's any consolation, I just wanted to share that one of my friends parents is rasing her sisters 4 kids. They have a very small home. The only things they really took into consideration was room size. The rooms had to be so many square feet per child. I can't remember how much. But the bedrooms are small and they allowed for 2 children each. They also looked at cleanliness, but not clutter. It's impossible to have a house of that size, with so many people and not have clutter.
I hope you got to see Rachel tonight!

| Oh blessings, oh blessings! I was able to hold, hug, kiss and hold again EACH of the children tonight!!! I HUGGED MY CHILDREN TODAY!!! Caleby rushed past April, jumped up, and I held baby in my arms, kissing his little neck, and he whispered in my ear "I miss you an' Mama so, so, so much. I wish you could take me home wif you". Oh bless his heart, so do I!! John & April actually let me take the older two to the store........where I had my Mom waiting. *shhhhhh, don't let the secret out!* Rachel spotted my Mom, and ran through the store, arms stretched out, yelling "GRAAAAAANDMAAAAAAAAAAA!!!". I don't care who saw, lol, we had a small sobfest right in the store, and held onto each other for dear life. Mom said that she thought that she saw a woman following and watching us. I don't know whether it was a social worker, or just a curious shopper. But Rachel was sobbing her little heart out, telling us how much she misses us. Caleby has been begging April to take him home - one night she wouldn't even talk to him she got so mad hearing him do that. Rachel also told me that she's been waking in the middle of the night from nightmares, and crying. I told her that I've woke up in the middle of the night hearing them cry, and pray, pray, pray for them - and cry, too. Michael looks tired, almost like he's in a daze. It was so good to actually touch their little faces. It almost killed me to have to drive away from them. But as I drove away, and as I had kissed baby's neck earlier, I just kept thanking Jesus for a chance to hold my children. And it was so good to hear my littlest baby still saying that he wanted to come home. He hasn't forgotten.............
Rhonda - regarding school. They've always been homeschooled here in my home. My Mom has been their main teacher, and I'm the "able assistant". We talked to the social worker about that, and she was very concerned that the parents not put the children in public school, because with everything else, it would be too much trauma for them. John had said that the children could come back to school here, but April said no. We have to see what happens. Rachel told us today that John and April want to move. PLEASE pray about that!! The children are all very worried. So am I! Social workers have tried twice to stop and talk with John and April - and with the children. But they've avoided the case worker twice.
Jeremiah told me that he's reading the Bible, and bedtime stories to the little ones just like we used to here.
Thank you so much for all of your prayers, and for being here for me. I really, really am very grateful to you all.

| Savannah, I am so happy that you had the chance to see the children today. I am crying here with you as I read about your meeting today. I am praying that you will have success with the attourney tomorrow. You have the support of everyone here on the forum and we all love you. God is in control. He has not forsaken you or the children. Jeremiah is such a sweetie to read bibile stories to his siblings. You have trained them well and the court system will see that the children belong with you. Keep us posted friend. | |

| Hi, Savannah.
Here's another person who has added a prayer for you all.
I wish you all the best when it comes to all the legal business.
I'm glad that you and your mom got to see the kids. I'll pray that the one who's sneaking to your house will be careful. Not to put a damper on things, just a word of what I hope is good advice... maybe he should stick around his so-called home until you guys can get legal action going. I'd hate for his parents to use that against you all.
You mentioned a cluttered house. Honey, if that were a big issue like some people claim it to be, more than half of the children in America wouldn't be in their own homes. There's a difference between clutter and nasty, and I'm assuming you only have clutter. I wouldn't worry about that. It may be easy for me to say, but I honestly feel that a house with a little clutter beats out a house full of filth at any time. Anytime! I've seen several families who've had at least one room that was cluttered at least once when I visited with them. I don't even have kids and I have my moments of clutter. :shy: My cousin has two girls, ages 2 1/2 and 4, and she and her hubby keep a clean house, but there are times when I have step over dolls in the girls bedroom. I should hope the government wouldn't make people suffer for things like that. I have a good friend who works for DHR and I've never heard him say that clutter was one of the reasons why a child was removed from a home.
Best of luck, and take care.

| I can't thank you enough for continued prayers. I've felt so sick since they've been gone. And yesterday, Rachie told me that at night, she feels sick, and that her stomach hurts a lot. But she's afraid to tell April. LM thank you for the word of caution. Thankfully, April has allowed the last visit.....the only thing she doesn't know is that I let Rachel see Gramma. But we've been so, so close......Rachel was falling apart without being able to see, hug or even talk to us. (I know exactly how she feels! I truly feel as if I've been dying since they've been gone) When Rachel got in the van, she started sobbing, and said "Oh I love you, I love you, I love you!! I miss you both so much. Before you take me to the store, please, please can you let me go home for just a minute to see Grandma?". Well, then I told her that Grandma just happened to be shopping at the store that we were going to........ And we're all going to John & April's today for my Caleby's birthday. It's going to be very hard. We've always had little birthday traditions here at home, and this is the first time ever we'll not be doing them. I miss kissing Caleby awake......I miss seeing them relaxing in their jammies early in the morning........I miss the sounds, the laughter.....My birthday is two days away, and I would give everything to have the children back for my birthday present. A lot of the clutter is books, and toys. Four children, small house, few closets.......and there are so many good books! Prayer changes things.......please keep praying........ | |

| Oh Savannah, I am so sorry that they cancelled little Caleb's birthday party. That seems like such a cruel thing to do. {{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}} I just can't imagine what all of you are going through right now.
I am glad that you were able to see the kids yesterday. I wish that John and April could see how much all of you mean to the kids. You are their family. And I pray that they are back home with all of you, where they belong, very soon.
I had tears in my eyes reading about everything, so I can only imagine how this is for you.

| Sweet Savannah, I feel so sad and angry, how can they cancel Caleb's birthday and where is the love for their child (and children)??? It's so obvious that anyone can see, the love the children have for you and your mom and the unconditional love you and your mom provided for the children over the years. What have THEY done for the kids???
I'm glad to hear that you at least got to see the children. We're still praying for you and will keep praying until this whole thing gets resolved. We continue to love and support you!!!

You are all in my daily thoughts and prayers.

| You are all so precious. Thank you so much for the prayers, cyber-hugs, messages......It's helping me through each day. I need to add another request on top of this all. My heart has been hurting since yesterday, and my chest feels so heavy. It's probably all related to what's going on. | |
