The new season of Survivor starts of Wednesday September 14th. I am extremely excited! The new cast has been revealed. Someone we all love to hate has a nephew who is going to be on this season. Why? Let any memories of Russell die! Grr, lol.

Now he has a legacy to try and win for him. He would be so mad, though, if his nephew were to do the one thing that he couldn't.

We just checked online last night to see when it was coming! We figured it had to be close!

Well Carol, I shall just let you find that out for yourself. You're in for some laughable entertainment. Let's just says, he's rather intense.

I kind of remember the guy on the right, vaguely....not really coming to me who he is though. And I don't know the dragonslayers real name---that's what we've always called him. And he calls himself.

Yes Coach was also known as the Dragon Slayer. His real name is Benjamin Wade.

He was such a weirdo. He was a little more tolerable the 2nd time he was on. But the first time, I just wanted to slap him. As for Ozzy, he was an excellent physical competitor. I am rooting for him (at the moment) even though I hate when they bring veteran players back.

Oh that's right---my head just wasn't going there earlier. But yeah, I guess we always call him "The dragonslayer"...it describes him so much better.

I agree Beckie, he really was more tolerable the second time around. Still laughable, but tolerable.

Oh, Ozzy! That's right! Yes, he was a good player. I think Cougar Teresa had the hots for him rooted for him.

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!! I am laughing so hard right now, Amy!! I was just looking down through this thread and saw the cast pic. Then, I saw Coach and Ozzy. I had no idea they were bringing 2 past players back again. When I saw Ozzy, I was like, "Hot, hot, hot!!" Then, I saw your post. I have to admit, though, I WAS a huge Ozzy fan. He was amazing in all of the challenges. Yes, my inner cougar came out. I'm okay, now.

Actually, now that I know that's Ozzy, (how could I forget?! ), I am getting kind of excited. I mean, for the season to begin. But yeah, Coach will be good for a laugh (he really WAS entertaining), and it'll be interesting to see how Ozzy looks has amped his game playing strategies.

What's the male equivalent of a cougar? And when do we get Parvati back?

I couldn't place Ozzy when I saw him, but when you mentioned his name, I remembered what a good player he was. I remember one challenge where they had to dive underwater and retrieve buoys from under a dock. Ozzy could hold his breath for a long time, and he had the presence of mind to move all the other buoys toward the front so his teammates could get to them easier. That impressed me. He was always thinking.

I know! Ozzy was very fish-like.
